Carbon bicycle repairs
This Cannondale super X cyclocross frame had been cracked, the customer decided to sand the frame and in turn created two big holes.
We strongly advise that you do not attempt this repair unless you are a carbon fibre specialist.
This is the frame upon completion, this frame has been with us from start to finish, we handle everything from the carbon repair work to paint work.
Every frame is inspected at every stage, this enables us to ensure that your repair is done to the best standard possible.

​We aim for our carbon fibre frame repair to have a (4 week) turn around time. One week for the matching + carbon repair, two weeks for the painting processes and one week for curing and final assessment before being either collected or boxed and shipped back to you.

We offer a free 12 month warranty on the repair area. Please be aware that this warranty is only inclusive of the repaired area and not the entire frame.

Please note we DO accept bikes fully assembled
however we do have a small fee for the removal and install of components - £65
Our process
​If you have a damaged frame and you would like to have it repaired please complete a customer contact form and attach images and break down of the job you’d like us to complete.

​We do charge to Inspect the frame, ultimately we want to ensure that your frame has had a 5* treatment whilst with us and in order to achieve that 5* we do need to ensure that the frame is not hiding any hidden damages!
We do so by using our thermal imaging + digital microscopic cameras to investigate any areas of interest to make extra sure it is ready to repair safely.
Please note:
All prices are exclusive of factory replication finishes as shown in the above pictures, if you would like to have the frame put back to a factory condition with colour matching it will come at an extra charge, this charge will depend on the area of damage and if there is any lettering/design work close by.
If you would not like the factory finish we will apply a gloss black paint over the repaired area with a charge of £45.
